Created a comprehensive set of visual guidelines for the CRM design teams to deliver a high turnover of clean, engaging and inspiring email and web content.
Delivered on the objective to bring consistency while allowing elements of flex for campaign and branded content to shine. I worked closely with the Copy team to align the visual and written message and delivery teams to ensure html designs are implemented effectively.
